VALDOBBIADENE DOCG BRUT, SEMPRE SPUMANTI - BUBBLY WINE
It comes from the high hills of Valdobbiadene, where Prosecco is Superiore. The dry but equally velvety flavor makes it a wine that caresses the palate without hitting it. The ideal companion for your toasts!

- AGING: 30-40 days on the yeasts in autoclave
PINOT GRIGIO COLLI ORIENTALI DOC ‘’MEMENTO’’, OMNIA WINES - WHITE WINE
Straw yellow with slight coppery reflections. On the nose notes of citrus, apricot and lime blossom, accompanied by hints of flint, candied fruit, honey and biscuit. On the palate it is full-bodied, intense and balanced, closing with a clean finish.

- AGING: In steel tanks at a controlled temperature until bottling, followed by a rapid refinement in the bottle for one month
LUGANA DOC "LE FONTANELLE", BELLORA WINE - WHITE WINE
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. Fresh, harmonious and particularly delicate flavor, with a typical hint of almond in the finish.

- AGING: In steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C, followed by 'sur lie' aging
BARBERA IGP, TENUTA PIOLINO - RED WHITE
Ruby red wine with garnet reflections. A soft and clean flavor, with notes of wet earth, sour cherry, ripe fruit and mineral notes. Rabarbarato and low tannic wine.

- AGING: Long fermentation in small steel vats, rests 1 year in oak barrels, 20% is passed in barrique
VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO SUPERIORE ‘’GIANNI BELLORA’’, BELLORA WINE - RED WINE
It is complex, rich in the scent of red fruits in particular extra marasca cherry jam and sweet spices, with a long and persistent aftertaste.
