RIBOLLA GIALLA COLLI ORIENTALI DOC ‘’FLOS’’, OMNIA WINES - WHITE WINE
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Apple, acacia flowers, yellow plum, lime and cedar wood: the scent is convincing and fine on the nose. The taste is clean and clear, fresh and fragrant.

- VINES: 100% Ribolla Gialla
- AGING: Rapid passage in barriques, then in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by one month of aging in the bottle
VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO SUPERIORE ‘’GIANNI BELLORA’’, BELLORA WINE - RED WINE
It is complex, rich in the scent of red fruits in particular extra marasca cherry jam and sweet spices, with a long and persistent aftertaste.

- VINES: 70% Corvina Veronese, 30% Rondinella
- AGING: 15 months in Allier oak, 4 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and final aging in bottle for 7 months
PINOT GRIGIO COLLI ORIENTALI DOC ‘’MEMENTO’’, OMNIA WINES - WHITE WINE
Straw yellow with slight coppery reflections. On the nose notes of citrus, apricot and lime blossom, accompanied by hints of flint, candied fruit, honey and biscuit. On the palate it is full-bodied, intense and balanced, closing with a clean finish.

- VINES: 100% Pinot Grigio
- AGING: In steel tanks at a controlled temperature until bottling, followed by a rapid refinement in the bottle for one month
BARBERA IGP, TENUTA PIOLINO - RED WINE
Ruby red wine with garnet reflections. A soft and clean flavor, with notes of wet earth, sour cherry, ripe fruit and mineral notes. Rabarbarato and low tannic wine.
- WINERY: TENUTA PIOLINO
- VINES: 100% Barbera
- AGING: Long fermentation in small steel vats, rests 1 year in oak barrels, 20% is passed in barrique
NERO D’AVOLA DOP 2020 ‘’CICCIO’’, FLAVIA REBELLIOUS WINES - RED WINE
Red in color with purple reflections, the nose has notes of strawberry and ripe cherry, with a fruity, spicy and persistent taste.

- VINES: 100% Nero d’Avola
- AGING: 8 mesi in barrique e 2 mesi in bottiglia
AMARONE ‘’L’ASSO’’, BELLORA WINE - RED WINE
Intense ruby red almost impenetrable. Complex on the nose with evident hints of ripe red fruit but still crunchy and pulpy, spicy notes (pepper and cloves) followed by mineral hints and a pleasant finish of persistent tobacco. Wine with an imposing body but of great elegance and balance.

- VINES: 70% Corvina Veronese, 30% Rondinella
- AGING: 5 months in steel, 15 months aging in wood (50% Slavonian oak, 50% French barriques), 6 months of aging in bottle
