VALDOBBIADENE DOCG EXTRA DRY ‘’LEONTE’’, FASOL MENIN - BUBBLY WINE
White peach and ripe apple are the main fruit descriptors, while acacia flowers and dog rose are the floral ones. On the palate the residual sugar mixes delicately with the acid and saline part, a prolonged velvety sensation.

- AGING: In steel autoclave for at yeasts 4 months
VALDOBBIADENE DOCG EXTRA BRUT ‘’PIONIERE’’, GEMIN SPUMANTI - BUBBLY WINE
Suitable to be tasted on special occasions, to fully grasp all its nuances. A production of a limited number of bottles that gives a special value to this wine.

- VINES: 100% Glera
- AGING: On the yeasts for 180 days in an autoclave and rest for another 4 months after bottling
FRIULANO COLLI ORIENTALI DOC ‘’KOI’’, OMNIA WINES - WHITE WINE
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, hints of yellow tropical fruit, rose petals, sandalwood, sage and almond paste open into a soft, spicy and elegant taste characterized by a harmonious mineral complexity. It closes with a nice long, almond finish.

- VINES: 100% Friulano
- AGING: 60% rests in French oak barrels, while 40% in steel tanks
"MOSCATO BIANCO SECCO ‘’FINALMENTE’’", CASCINA LODOLA - WHITE WINE
Straw yellow with slight golden reflections. Intense aroma, vanilla, pastry and dried almond. Elegant, savory, fresh, it is supported by a good persistence and a pleasant almond finish.

- VINES: 100% Moscato Bianco di Canelli
- AGING: In barrique for 8/10 months before bottling
"PINOT NERO DOC ‘’MIRANO’’", CASCINA LODOLA - RED WINE
Ruby red that varies from light to intense depending on the vintage. Bouquet seduces with complex and layered aromas of fruit, such as ripe berries and cherries, spicy notes of pepper and leather also perceived on the palate. In the mouth light and velvety tannins.

- VINES: 100% Pinot Nero
- AGING: Malolactic fermentation in barrique and subsequent maturation for about 10 months
AMARONE ‘’L’ASSO’’, BELLORA WINE - RED WINE
Intense ruby red almost impenetrable. Complex on the nose with evident hints of ripe red fruit but still crunchy and pulpy, spicy notes (pepper and cloves) followed by mineral hints and a pleasant finish of persistent tobacco. Wine with an imposing body but of great elegance and balance.

- VINES: 70% Corvina Veronese, 30% Rondinella
- AGING: 5 months in steel, 15 months aging in wood (50% Slavonian oak, 50% French barriques), 6 months of aging in bottle
