To return an order the first thing to do is to contact us by sending an email to this address stating:

- the order number
- the pick-up address
- the reason for the return. 

Once your email request has been received we’ll send you a consignment note to affix to the package and tell you the date the package will be picked up by the courier. 

The shipping costs borne by will be deducted from the total cost of the items returned, in the following amounts:

- EUROPE:  €60 every 12 bottles
- non-EU:  €160 every 12 bottles 

RETURN CONDITIONS: To return an order the products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or washing, with their original box and/or bags, labels, instructions and everything else that was in the original package. They should therefore be in the same condition they were when sold. recommends that customers read all labels and instructions included with the products.

WARNINGS: returned goods that do not comply with our terms and conditions cannot be accepted.


We check all products before they are packed.

If you do however find a fault with one of our products, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and report the problem so we can assess together whether it can be resolved without returning the items.

In the event that a product has to be returned because it is faulty, the customer may choose to receive an identical product, a product equivalent to the one previously purchased, or a different product of the same value.

For non-EU countries: Orders sent to customers residing outside the European Union (non-EU) do not include VAT and customs duty. Local VAT and any customs duty must be borne by the recipient and must be paid to the carrier when the goods are delivered.


Orders placed on the website will be processed within 24-48 working hours from receipt of payment subject to availability.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or on Italian national holidays will be processed starting the next working day.
