The KIT consists of 6 bottles:

• Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut:
  • Winery: Sempre Spumanti
  • Grapes: 100% Glera
  • Refinement: On yeasts in autoclave for 30-40 days
  • Description: It comes from the high hills of Valdobbiadene, where Prosecco is Superior. The dry, yet velvety taste makes it a wine that caresses the palate without jarring it. The ideal companion for your toasts!
• Metodo Classico Brut Nature
  • Winery: Cantina Pizzolato
  • Grapes: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Manzoni
  • Refinement: On yeasts for 36 months before further rest in the bottle.
  • Description: Intense aroma of ripe fruit and honey, enriched by floral notes and leavened bread dough. On the palate it is very wide and soft, with a savory and dry finish. Good initial acidity and marked minerality.
• Trento DOC Maximum Blanc De Blancs:
  • Winery: Ferrari Trento
  • Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
  • Refinement: On yeasts for about 36 months before further rest in the bottle.
  • Description: Intense straw yellow color, fine and persistent perlage. Gentle on the nose, intense and persistent, ripe fruit, bread crust, hazelnut. Soft, elegant, intense fruity notes typical of chardonnay are combined with beautiful yeast fragrances.
• Franciacorta Brut DOCG:
  • Winery: Utopia Wines
  • Grapes: 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Nero
  • Refinement: 6-8 months in steel vats, minimum 18 months on yeasts.
  • Description: Direct and sincere. Perfect for an aperitif. Accompanies the entire meal.
• Vermentino di Sardegna Kelu Sparkling Wine:
  • Winery: Vignieti Zanatta
  • Grapes: 100% Vermentino
  • Refinement: In white with soft pressing and fermentation
  • Description: Light straw yellow in color. The flavor is typically fruity, pleasant and light. It has an intense, persistent, broad and ethereal aroma.
• Rosé Pinot Nero Strega:
  • Winery: Le Tenuta Pioli
  • Grapes: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Nero and Chardonnay
  • Refinement: In autoclave with 6 months on yeasts
  • Description: Very persistent, fruity, wild strawberries. Very delicate, fine and persistent perlage.
