Plan the perfect Christmas dinner!

The BOX consists of 6 bottles:

• Brandolino Classico DOC Le Barbere:
  • Winery: Bellora Wine
  • Grapes: 50% Corvina Veronese, 25% Rondinella, 15% Molinara
  • Aging: About 3 months in stainless steel tanks, 2 months in bottle
  • Description: The violet reflections stand out on the intense ruby red color. Small wild berries dominate the nose followed by characteristic spicy notes of pepper and rosehip. On the palate it is dry, harmonious and wins for its elegance and juicy drinkability.
• Raboso Piave DOC 2019:
  • Winery: Cantina Pizzolato
  • Grapes: 100% Raboso
  • Aging: 15% of the grapes are dried for about 90 days. The assembled wine undergoes a passage in oak barrels and then in barrique
  • Description: Intense ruby red color with a slight garnet hue. Scent that reminds of wild berries, blackberry, plum jam with very intense notes of cherry. Powerful wine, typically acidic, full-bodied and very tasty.
• Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG Edoardo:
  • Winery: Casale Terzo
  • Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
  • Aging: In concrete for 12 months and then bottled
  • Description: Bright ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose red fruits like black raspberry and cherry and eucalyptus. In the mouth cherry and plum, toasted notes, vanilla. A harmonic wine, velvety and with soft tannins.
• Primitivo di Manduria DOP 2020:
  • Winery: Le Fiatte
  • Grapes: 100% Primitivo
  • Aging: Maceration of 8-10 days. Subsequently only the flower must is made to ferment with the aid of selected yeasts
  • Description: Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Soft and elegant on the nose. In the mouth soft and rich in noble tannins.
• Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Salana:
  • Winery: Vigneti Zanatta
  • Grapes: 100% Cannonau
  • Aging: Fermentation at controlled temperature, expansion in stainless steel tanks
  • Description: Intense ruby red color. Intense scent of wild berries with pleasant floral notes. Full-bodied and round, very typical of the grape variety. Long and harmonious finish.
• Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore Gianni Bellora:
  • Winery: Bellora Wine
  • Grapes: 70% Corvina Veronese, 30% Rondinella
  • Aging: 15 months in Allier oak, 4 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and final aging in bottle for 7 months
  • Description: It is complex, rich in the scent of red fruits especially extra cherry jam and sweet spices, with a long and persistent aftertaste.
